No property has been reported in Bianca Censori’s own name. The homes linked to her are the ones she has shared with Ye (Kanye West) since they married in December 2022: a $20,000-a-month rental in West Hollywood, the gutted Tadao Ando beach house in Malibu, and, since late 2024, an estate in the gated Beverly Park community of Beverly Hills that Ye bought for about $35 million.
Anyone searching for the Bianca Censori house is really looking at that last property. It is where she was reported to be staying in 2025, and it is the house she joked about in her first major interview, a Vanity Fair profile published in February 2026.

Bianca Censori House in Beverly Park: The $35M Estate
TMZ broke the news in fall 2024 that Ye had paid about $35 million for a property in the northern, gated section of Beverly Park, in an off-market deal. The Real Deal reported that the estate covers roughly 20,000 square feet on close to seven acres, with 11 bedrooms and 18 bathrooms according to older listing descriptions. Outdoor features include a pool with cascading waterfalls, a jacuzzi, a pool house and a tennis court.
The house was designed by architect Richard Landry and was later owned by the late Saudi banker Sheikh Saleh Abdullah Kamel. It last changed hands in 2022 for $24.5 million, so Ye paid roughly $10.5 million more two years later. Jacob Greene of Douglas Elliman represented him in the purchase.
According to reports citing the Daily Mail, the deal was financed in part with about $15.5 million in loans, including $12.5 million from the private lender Lone Oak Fund. Records also showed he bought it through the same LLC he had used a month earlier to sell the Malibu house.

The “DROAM” sketch and the HOA
Within weeks of the purchase, Ye posted a sketch on Instagram Stories for “DROAM,” a self-sustaining city he said he wanted to build on the grounds. Neighbors told TMZ the idea was “delusional,” and pointed out that the community’s homeowners association has to vote on major projects. At the time, iHeart reported, the couple had not moved in and were in Japan.
The friction with the HOA apparently didn’t end there. Complex’s write-up of the Vanity Fair profile says the couple are reportedly at odds with the association over the house, which was built in the 2000s. Censori, who holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in architecture from the University of Melbourne, is no fan of its style: she joked that it looks like an ’80s cocaine house and told guests not to look at it.
The Malibu Tadao Ando House She Called “Beautiful” in Ruins
The home most tied to Censori in the press is one the couple never really lived in. Ye bought the concrete beachfront house on Malibu Road, designed by Japanese architect Tadao Ando and previously owned by Richard Sachs, in September 2021 for about $57.3 million. He then had it stripped down. A New Yorker report cited by Complex said he asked contractor Tony Saxon to remove the kitchen and bathrooms, and later coverage described windows, wiring and plumbing being taken out as well.
After the work stopped, the house sat as a shell. It was listed at $53 million, cut by $14 million, and finally sold in September 2024 for $21 million to Belwood Investments, a real estate crowdfunding firm run by Bo Belmont. Belmont told the Los Angeles Times he planned to spend $6 million to $8 million restoring it with Marmol Radziner, the firm behind the original build. Jason Oppenheim represented Ye in the sale.
“The thing about destruction is it gives life to something else.”Bianca Censori, Vanity Fair, February 2026
In the same interview, she described bats living in the house and sea salt rusting its steel, called the destruction “beautiful” and symbolic of that period, and said the expectation to keep a home in its original state is oppressive. Censori also testified in the civil case Saxon brought over his weeks on the project, where she confirmed she holds power of attorney for her husband.

Before Malibu Sold: The West Hollywood Rental
In the months after their wedding, the couple stayed at the Nobu Ryokan hotel in Malibu, then moved into a rented apartment in West Hollywood. Citing the US Sun, Hola reported in June 2023 that the unit cost about $20,000 a month and had two bedrooms and two and a half baths, close to the Yeezy headquarters on Melrose Avenue. An insider described its minimalist interior as “an architect’s dream.” It was always reported as a temporary arrangement.
Where Does Bianca Censori Live Now?
Beverly Hills remains the address on record. In early 2025, after reports that the marriage was ending, outlets reported that Censori was staying at the Beverly Park estate. Those split reports did not hold up, and in the Vanity Fair profile a year later the couple were still together, with the Beverly Hills estate described as their current home.
They also spend long stretches abroad, so sightings move around. Japan was their base in late 2024, and an April 2025 claim that they were staying near Santanyi in Mallorca came from a single social media post and was never confirmed. Censori grew up in Melbourne, Australia, but no home of her own there has been reported.
