Christie Brinkley lives at Tower Hill, a roughly 20-acre country compound in Bridgehampton on Long Island’s East End. She bought it in 1998, and in a 2025 video she said it is the place she has lived longest in her life. The model has tried to sell the estate more than once, most recently at an asking price of $29.5 million, but as of the latest reports she still owns it.
Tower Hill is only one chapter of the Christie Brinkley house story. She also owned a waterfront Colonial on Sag Harbor Bay, which sold in 2019, sold her late parents’ cottage in Sag Harbor, rented a Tribeca penthouse, and keeps a beach villa in Turks and Caicos.

Christie Brinkley House in Bridgehampton: Tower Hill
The estate takes its name from a 50-foot observation tower beside the main house, which dates to 1891. When Douglas Elliman’s Enzo Morabito marketed it in 2017, the listing described a five-bedroom main house and a four-bedroom guesthouse. The grounds include a greenhouse conservatory, a barn used as an artist’s studio, a private pond, a tennis court and a 75-foot swimming pool.
Inside, the main house has wide-plank hardwood floors, stone fireplaces, wood-paneled walls and a double-height great room with tall windows. The country-style kitchen has its own fireplace. Morabito summed up the appeal by saying the sale was “all about the land.”
Tower Hill at a glance
Selling has never quite happened. A 2019 6sqft report noted the compound had been on and off the market since 2002. It was listed for $29.5 million in 2016 and again in 2017, when Brinkley put both of her large Hamptons properties up together, and People reported the same $29.5 million ask in 2021.
In February 2025, Fox News covered a tour she gave on Caleb Simpson’s channel. She showed off the tower, a chicken coop, the greenhouse and a 270-year-old bonsai, and told him she owns the house rather than renting. She admitted she sometimes thinks about selling up and living on a sailboat, but her children push back:
“The kids are like, ‘No, mom. We grew up here. This is our home, you can’t.'”Christie Brinkley, quoted by Fox News, February 2025
Is it a “$30M castle in Sag Harbor”?
Not quite. Headlines that call Tower Hill a $30 million Sag Harbor castle are mixing up two things. The $29.5 million figure is an asking price, not a sale or an appraisal. The compound is in Bridgehampton. Her Sag Harbor house is a different property, and it sold in 2019.
The Sag Harbor Bay House She Sold in 2019
In 2004 Brinkley paid $7.15 million for a waterfront Colonial built in 1843, on the North Haven side of Sag Harbor. According to 6sqft, the three-story house has about 5,500 square feet, five bedrooms and 5.5 baths on roughly 4.5 acres. It has more than 300 feet of private sandy beach. Reports put the frontage at 327 or 337 feet.
The house kept much of its original character, including wide-plank pine floors, exposed wood and iron beams, an oak banister and several fireplaces. Brinkley added a kitchen with soapstone and marble counters, a bayside pool and a waterfront fire pit. “Everything you see here is a touch of Christie,” Morabito told CNBC in 2017.
Selling it took nine years. She first listed the house in 2010. Its highest ask was $25 million in 2016, and by summer 2018 the price had come down to $17.99 million. The sale closed in May 2019 for just under that figure. 6sqft reported that the exact price had not been confirmed.

Her Parents’ Cottage on Sag Harbor Cove
Brinkley’s stepfather Don died in July 2012, and her mother Marjorie died that September. About a year later she listed their three-bedroom waterfront cottage overlooking Sag Harbor Cove at an asking price of $2.8 million, Dan’s Papers reported in May 2013. A representative said she hoped it would go to “someone special.”
A Tribeca Penthouse Rental
While both of her large Hamptons homes were on the market, Brinkley leased a Manhattan base. In February 2018, 6sqft reported she was renting a penthouse in Tribeca’s Zinc Building for $29,500 a month. The seven-story building has 21 units. Her three-bedroom apartment had about 3,000 square feet, two terraces with Hudson River views and more than 850 square feet of rooftop space.
Lucky House in Turks and Caicos
Her second home is a three-bedroom beach villa called Lucky House on Parrot Cay, a private island resort run by COMO in Turks and Caicos. HELLO! described a sunset-facing shoreline, an infinity pool, butler service and interiors inspired by her travels in Asia. When the family isn’t using it, the villa can be rented through the resort, from $945 a night as of HELLO!’s January 2022 report.
The East End has plenty of other famous homes. Brooke Shields, for example, has a Hamptons house of her own, and Richard Gere once owned the Strongheart Manor estate nearby.
