Elisabetta Gregoraci House: Her Monte Carlo Homes Before and After Briatore

By Daniel Harper

In this article

Elisabetta Gregoraci lives in Monte Carlo, Monaco, where she has stayed since her 2017 separation from Flavio Briatore so that their son, Nathan Falco, could grow up close to both parents. No purchase price, sale record or listing has ever been published for any of her homes. What is on record comes from Italian magazines and from Gregoraci herself: a two-level family home bought with Briatore around 2014, a later apartment she left in 2021, and the terrace apartment she has shown on social media since.

No price for any of her Monaco homes has been reported.

The TV host and former showgirl grew up in Soverato, on the Ionian coast of Calabria, where her father and her sister Marzia still live. She married Briatore, the former Formula One team boss, in Rome in June 2008, and Nathan Falco was born in 2010.

The Two-Level Family Home in Monte Carlo

According to DiLei, the couple bought their main Monaco residence about four years after Nathan’s birth, which puts it around 2014. The magazine describes it as a two-level home in central Monte Carlo, decorated mostly in black and white: geometric-patterned curtains and rugs, white sofas with zebra-print cushions and a wrought-iron staircase. Two rooms broke the palette. Nathan’s bedroom was done in blue and light blue, and the kitchen was red lacquer.

DiLei gives no price, size or designer for the house, and it calls it the couple’s “former” home, so the family no longer lives there together.

After the Split: A Separate Apartment Nearby

When the separation became public in January 2018, Italian outlet Il Sussidiario reported that Gregoraci would stay in the principality in a new home very close to the one she had shared with Briatore, and that he would continue to pay the rent. The same report repeated talk of a villa in Dubai for her, but it was never confirmed which, if any, property that meant.

In September 2021 she told her followers in a video that she had to leave the Monte Carlo house where she had lived for “four, five years” and to which she was “very attached,” according to Ticino outlet Tio.ch. She was visibly emotional about leaving the place where Nathan had grown up, and she didn’t say at the time whether she would stay in Monaco or return to Italy.

Elisabetta Gregoraci House Today: The Terrace Apartment

She stayed in Monaco. By 2023, Italian outlets were describing her current home as an apartment on an upper floor of a luxury building in Monte Carlo’s Condamine district, close to the sea, with panoramic views over the principality. Trend Online lists marble floors, white marble columns, frescoed walls, a sweeping staircase, a minimalist living room with a black table and designer chairs, a kitchen with a large white table and a big walk-in closet.

The terrace is the part she shows most often. Fanpage reported that she keeps a private gym out there, with a view across Monaco. A designer bench with the word “Amore” also sits outside.

About the “1,000 square meters” figure

Trend Online puts the apartment at about 1,000 square meters. No other outlet repeats that number, and it would be unusually large for a Monaco apartment, so treat it as unverified.

As of the latest reports, the Elisabetta Gregoraci house story stays a Monaco one, with Nathan and Briatore a short distance away. The principality has drawn plenty of names from Briatore’s racing world, including Fernando Alonso, the driver he once managed.
