Claudia Jordan lives in Dallas, Texas. She confirmed it herself in a 2024 interview (“I live in Dallas now”), and a Bravo profile published in October 2026 still places her there. What no reliable outlet has reported is a specific house: there is no documented purchase, sale, listing or price tied to her name in Dallas, Atlanta, Los Angeles or New York.
That gap matters, because her home story is really a moving story. Over roughly a decade the former Deal or No Deal briefcase model, who also modeled on The Price Is Right and was a Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member, has followed work from New York to Atlanta, then to California, then to Texas. Here is what the record actually supports.
Dallas, TX
Confirmed 2024Still there Oct 2026No purchase on record
Her current city is confirmed by Claudia herself and by Bravo; the house itself has never been reported.
Where Does Claudia Jordan Live Now?
Dallas is home base. Speaking to Distractify while promoting Peacock’s Deal or No Deal Island in a March 2024 interview, Claudia said she lives in Dallas and has “a bunch of friends out here.” She also explained that she still has work in Atlanta and would be “going back and forth,” which is why she floated the idea of a Real Housewives of Dallas reboot rather than a full-time return to Atlanta.
Bravo’s October 2026 update says the same thing: she is living in Dallas, working as a radio and TV personality and co-hosting the podcast Accidentally Informed. The only glimpse of home life it offers is domestic: Bravo describes her as a cat mom who enjoys gardening. On October 2, 2026 she posted photos of homegrown jalapeños, tomatoes, rosemary and basil with the caption “My garden,” which shows she grows her own produce at home but reveals nothing about the property’s size, neighborhood or price.
Why Dallas: The Morning Rush Years
Her Texas connection started with radio. In September 2018, Dallas-Fort Worth station Smooth R&B 105.7 replaced Steve Harvey’s syndicated morning show with “The Morning Rush with Claudia and Rudy,” co-hosted with comedian Rudy Rush and airing 5 a.m. to 10 a.m. central time, according to Atlanta Black Star. Neither that report nor later coverage dates her permanent move, so the safest reading is that the job brought her to the city and she eventually settled there.
For a sense of how differently the radio host she replaced lives, see Steve Harvey’s Atlanta estate.
Claudia Jordan House History: New York, Atlanta and California
Her roots are in New England. She was born in Providence, Rhode Island, in 1973, and won the Miss Rhode Island Teen USA title in 1990 and Miss Rhode Island USA in 1997, according to Wikipedia, before her modeling and hosting work took her elsewhere.
Before Texas, Atlanta was the stop most fans associate with her. The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported in July 2015 that she had moved to Atlanta from New York about a year earlier to join the nationally syndicated Rickey Smiley Morning Show, and that the radio job gave her “a reason to be in Atlanta” when RHOA came calling. She joined the show’s seventh season, initially as a friend of Kenya Moore, and left the radio show in July 2015 after roughly a year.
Atlanta Black Star later reported that she left Atlanta for California to pursue hosting and acting work. None of these reports name a neighborhood or describe a home she owned or rented in any of the three places.

What About the “Mansion” Claims?
A search for the Claudia Jordan house mostly returns net-worth and celebrity-bio pages rather than real estate reporting. We found no deed, listing or news report behind any home value attached to her, and no coverage of a deal from the outlets that normally track celebrity sales. Until one appears, treat any address, photo tour or price linked to her name as unverified.
Unverified figures
No purchase price, sale price or listing for any home owned by Claudia Jordan appears in reliable reporting as of October 2026.
