Paige DeSorbo does not own a house, at least not one that any public record or major outlet has reported. The Summer House star and Giggly Squad co-host rents in New York City, and her home story is a run of Manhattan apartments: a studio on the Upper West Side, a two-bedroom in Midtown that cost $8,500 a month, and the vintage-style apartment she moved into in April 2024.

From an Upper West Side Studio to Midtown (2021)
Her first documented Manhattan home was a studio on the Upper West Side. In April 2021 she told her Instagram followers she was moving to Midtown, trading the studio for a two-bedroom. “I needed more space,” she said, according to Bravo, adding that she liked the building, its amenities and the more central location after being “all the way up” on the Upper West Side. Nobody had lived in the unit before her.
She decorated it in ivory, black and gold, a look she later moved away from. The second bedroom never became a bedroom: she used it as a closet and office.
The $8,500 Apartment Craig Questioned
The Midtown rent became a Summer House storyline. In a March 2024 Season 8 episode, Paige said she paid $8,500 a month on a month-to-month lease and was ready to look for something new. “I love my apartment, but I feel like something’s missing,” she said, per Bravo.
Her then-boyfriend Craig Conover, who lived in Charleston, called the price “so crazy.” Paige wanted a two-bedroom with a room big enough for a king-size bed, and she set her ceiling at $9,000 a month. She also pointed out that while the place was technically for both of them, she was there by herself most of the time.
Paige DeSorbo House Today: The April 2024 Apartment
Paige moved into her current apartment in April 2024. She has not named the building or neighborhood, but she told PEOPLE in September 2024 that it was a building she had long admired: “I would die to live there.” When a unit opened up, she took it.
Bravo describes the apartment as spacious and Victorian in style, with crown molding, white-and-gray marble details and two fireplaces she arranged her furniture around. She said she wanted to keep the original built-ins rather than strip them out. A small detail she mentioned more than once: the refrigerator has a water filter, which let her throw away her Brita.

The closet was the first room she finished. She worked with the organizing service Imagine It Done on custom racks that run the length of one wall, with shoes and accessories sorted by color and type and a remote-controlled light wall to display art. Like the Midtown spare room, it doubles as her office and holds her vanity. Her cat, Daphne, has a bed there too.
For the rest of the apartment she dropped the black accents of her old place. “My vibe is very French girl,” she told Bravo in June 2024, and she was considering a velvet couch. The extra space also gave Craig his own closet for visits from Charleston, though the couple announced their split on the December 30, 2024 episode of Giggly Squad. No outlet has reported a move since.

The Apthorp Claim
Several aggregator pages about the Paige DeSorbo house say she moved back to the Upper West Side and lives in the Apthorp, the neighborhood’s landmark apartment building. They present it as rumor, and none cites a source. Bravo and PEOPLE, which have covered the apartment most closely, do not name the building or the neighborhood, so treat the Apthorp story as unconfirmed.
