Jen Selter, the fitness model whose workout photos built an Instagram following of more than 13 million, is a New York City resident. The most specific home detail on record is a 2019 report placing her in an apartment in Midtown Manhattan, where a gym-equipment company installed a customized StepMill stair climber for her. No public property record, listing or real-estate report shows her buying or selling a house.
That makes the Jen Selter house an unusual case on this site: the story is less about a price tag and more about where she came from, what is actually documented, and what the many biography pages get wrong.

Reported 2019ApartmentNo sale on record
Her only reported home, and still no purchase price, listing or deed in the press.
Growing Up in Roslyn, Long Island
Selter was born in Roslyn, New York, according to her Wikipedia biography, a village on the North Shore of Long Island in Nassau County. Wikipedia also files her among people from neighboring Roslyn Heights.
No outlet has reported on the family home itself, its size or its value, and that is how it should stay for a home where relatives may still live. For another famous Long Island address, see Carson Daly’s Long Island home.
Inside the Jen Selter House in Midtown Manhattan
In April 2019, the equipment refurbisher Global Fitness wrote that it had customized a StairMaster StepMill for her Midtown New York City apartment, presenting the machine as “functional art” for her home. The company linked the build to a refurbished SM916 model and said the design followed her own wishes.
The choice of machine is personal. Global Fitness described the StepMill as her favorite piece of equipment and the one she used when she first started training. Putting a commercial gym machine inside a Manhattan apartment suggests a good share of her training happens at home.
What the post does not give is just as important. It names no building, no square footage, no rent or purchase price, and it does not say whether she owns or rents. It is also a company blog post, so it reads as marketing rather than independent reporting. As of the latest reports, it remains the only source that describes where she lives in any detail. For a Manhattan home with a documented price, compare Kat Timpf’s Manhattan home.
Treat “mansion” claims with caution
Many biography and net-worth pages repeat details about Jen Selter’s life, and they even disagree on her birth date and parents. None of the major real-estate outlets has reported a house, mansion or penthouse purchase in her name. Until one does, any price you see attached to her home is a guess.
Where Does Jen Selter Live Now?
New York remains her base in the public record. No major outlet has reported a move out of the city, and no property in her name has surfaced in sales coverage by the press.
If she does buy a place, it would likely show up in the usual real-estate columns, and this page will be updated to separate the purchase price from any asking price or estimate.
