Search for the Taylor Lewan house and you will find the same story on dozens of sites: a 10,000-square-foot, eight-bedroom Nashville mansion bought in 2018 for $3.5 million, styled by a well-known designer, with a hidden man cave and a second home in Arizona. Very little of that can be traced to a listing, a deed or a news report. What is on record is smaller, and more interesting for it: a hillside house he sold early in his Titans career, and a family life that has stayed rooted in Middle Tennessee since he was drafted in 2014.

The Forest Hills House He Sold in 2016
Two years into his NFL career, Lewan put a contemporary house in Nashville’s Forest Hills neighborhood on the market for $875,000. The listing described a hillside home at the end of a cul-de-sac, with woods on several sides, walls of windows, a koi pond, a jetted tub in the main bathroom and a separate apartment over the garage. At more than 5,000 square feet with four bedrooms and five bathrooms, it was a large house for a 24-year-old, but modest next to what the internet now assumes he lives in.

The listing went up the same month he married Taylin Gallacher at a private courthouse ceremony in Tennessee, on 20 April 2016. The couple held a second ceremony for family and friends in Big Sur, California, two years later.
The Taylor Lewan House Everyone Describes: Where the Numbers Come From
The house most articles describe is placed on Tyne Boulevard in Nashville’s 37215 ZIP code, one of the city’s most expensive streets. The figures attached to it trace back to a handful of celebrity-home aggregators and a map entry submitted by a user in July 2023, none of which cites a deed, a listing or an interview. The details also contradict each other: one site gives 10,585 square feet and a $1.5 million price, another 12,000 square feet and $3.5 million.
Claims we could not confirm
The designer. Several posts credit Nashville designer April Tomlin with the interiors. Her documented celebrity work includes Thomas Rhett and Lauren Akins’ Nashville home, but no source from her firm or from Lewan ties her to his.
The features. The hidden bookshelf man cave, Rogue Fitness gym and 40-person hot tub appear only on aggregator pages. The YouTube “full tour” widely embedded with these articles was published by one of those aggregators, not by Lewan or a real-estate outlet.
Arizona. Claims of a 7-bedroom house in Paradise Valley have no listing or report behind them. The Arizona link is real in one sense: he grew up in the Phoenix area and played high school football at Chaparral High School in Scottsdale.
Lewan may well own a large house in that part of Nashville. The point is that no reliable outlet has reported its address, price or size, and figures that circulate without a source should be read as guesses.
A Nashville Family Base
Whatever the house, the family’s life is firmly in Middle Tennessee. Their daughters, Wynne and Willow, were born in 2017 and 2020. Taylin co-founded Feeding Nashville in 2020 with Hayley Hubbard, wife of country singer Tyler Hubbard, to deliver fresh meals to families facing food insecurity in the region; it has since delivered tens of thousands of meals. Wikipedia lists Lewan’s home as Springfield, Tennessee, a small city north of Nashville, citing a 2017 Tennessean story, though most recent coverage simply says Nashville.
From Left Tackle to Podcast Host
The Titans took Lewan 11th overall in the 2014 draft out of Michigan, where he was twice a first-team All-American. He made three straight Pro Bowls from 2016 to 2018. Knee injuries ended two of his final three seasons, and the Titans released him on 22 February 2023, under head coach Mike Vrabel (see the Nashville house Vrabel sold for $4.8 million).
By then his second career was already running. He and former teammate Will Compton launched Bussin’ With The Boys in the summer of 2019, and in 2025 he hosted Netflix’s competition series Battle Camp.
