Hope Dworaczyk, the Texas-born 2010 Playboy Playmate of the Year and former Celebrity Apprentice contestant, has been married to Vista Equity Partners founder Robert F. Smith since July 2015. The property record attached to her name runs through the couple’s purchases, and it is a short but expensive list: a Malibu bluff estate bought from Yolanda Hadid and David Foster for $19.5 million, a Palm Beach house bought through an LLC carrying her first name, and an oceanfront compound in North Palm Beach’s Seminole Landing.

Hope Dworaczyk House in Malibu: The Estate Bought From Yolanda Hadid
The best-known Hope Dworaczyk house was the so-called Carbon Canyon Estate in Malibu, set on a bluff above the Pacific. Yolanda Hadid had bought the property in 2007 for $4.5 million, according to the Robb Report, and rebuilt it, with the work finished in 2009. Viewers of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills knew it well, down to the glass-fronted produce fridge that became a minor running joke on the show.
Hadid and Foster sold it in 2015, the year they announced their divorce. Most reports give the sale price as $19.5 million; one Architectural Digest item put it at $19 million. The buyers were Robert Smith and Hope, who married the same year.
The New York Post’s 2024 description of the house gives a sense of scale: 11,622 square feet on 3.25 acres, six bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, a Mediterranean-inspired design, a west-facing infinity pool, a lemon orchard, a nanny suite with its own staircase and parking for more than 20 cars outdoors plus five inside.
Kylie Jenner’s Rental and the $35 Million Listing
The Smiths did not keep the estate to themselves. In 2019 they rented it to Kylie Jenner for a reported $450,000 a month, a figure the listing agent Daniel Milstein later repeated in press coverage.
In late June 2024 the property came on the market at $34.995 million, listed with Milstein and Aaron Kirman of AKG | Christie’s International Real Estate, the Post reported. That asking price was never tested by a sale in the reports reviewed here. On January 9, 2025, Bella Hadid posted a photo of her old bedroom on fire as the Los Angeles wildfires swept the area, and People reported the house destroyed. The coverage of the fire did not say who held title at that point.
The Palm Beach House Held by Hope Enterprises
The Smiths’ Florida activity is where Hope’s name shows up on paper. In December 2022 a Delaware company called Hope Enterprises RE LLC paid $23 million for a 1986 Regency-style house on El Vedado Road in Palm Beach’s Estate Section, and the couple’s family office confirmed it was bought as an investment property. Some property records date the closing to early January 2023.
The house measures about 5,100 square feet on roughly 0.57 acres, with formal rooms and a pool, per Redfin data cited by Hoodline. After a renovation it was listed at $35 million about a year after the purchase. It did not fetch that. In May 2026 the Palm Beach Post reported that a Smith-affiliated company had sold it for about $29.5 million, according to county records; another real estate outlet put the closing at $29.25 million. Either way, the sale came in more than $5 million under the asking price but well above the 2022 purchase price, before renovation costs.

Seminole Landing in North Palm Beach
The largest documented purchase is in Seminole Landing, the private oceanfront enclave next to the Seminole Golf Club. The main house there was built by Elin Nordegren, Tiger Woods’ ex-wife, who sold it to Rockstar Energy founder Russ Weiner in September 2020. Within about five weeks Weiner resold it along with a second house across the street.
The buyers were LLCs at the time. Robert Smith was later identified as the purchaser, and Inman described the deal as two homes bought from Weiner for $48.19 million in 2020. PROFILEmiami’s report of the recorded sales gave slightly different numbers, $41.8 million for the main house and $4.25 million for the second, so the exact split varies by outlet. The main house is about 26,000 square feet with 11 bedrooms and roughly 200 feet of shoreline; the second house is about 10,200 square feet.
Where Does Hope Dworaczyk Live Now?
As of the latest reports, no source pins down a single primary residence for Hope and Robert Smith. The Malibu house is gone and the Palm Beach house has been sold, which leaves the Seminole Landing compound as the one documented property still tied to the couple. For context on that stretch of coast, see the neighbouring Palm Beach holdings of Ken Griffin.
Before any of this, Hope grew up in Port Lavaca, a small town on the Texas Gulf Coast, and opened her first business, a med spa in Houston, in 2005.
